In regards to Tom as a broker or the service he provided us in the past 2 years of us trying to purchase a home, I would not recommend anyone else but Tom! In my quest for a home, I found the two types of Real Estate Professionals: the kind that showed houses and the kind that cared to make your journey to find that perfect place his own personal quest. Tom cares about his job, and it shows in the quality of the service that he provides his clients with. As a first time home buyer, I did not know what I wanted and I did not know what to expect to be able to purchase in my budget. Tom took the time to show me several of houses and was patient enough to explain all of my "Why this" and "What's that mean" questions. The service that Tom provided me with was invaluable and above and beyond in the area of customer service. When I am in the market again, Tom will be the first person I call. I would recommend him to my family and have recommended him to friends. In a nutshell, if there was a legitimate "Who's Who in Real Estate," I'd put Tom's name at the top of the list.

Tom brings back the old fashioned style of buying a home. You don't feel rushed. We felt we bought our home from a friend. He was available to answer our questions literally 24/7 and never made us feel like we were imposing. Tom listens. we asked Tom to choose a home for us. He did and it's perfect! He listens to what we wanted in a home and found the exact one. He answered every question big or small and never made us feel uncomfortable asking, even the stupid ones. he is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything a Realtor should be.

My wife and I were looking for a very particular house. We found the house we wanted and Tom showed up on a Sunday afternoon to show the house. Most Realtors would not have answered their cell phones on a Sunday. Thru the entire process Tom worked extremely hard and most importantly he was reliable and honest. Most Realtors are probably just looking for a quick buck and that is fine but we believe Tom took it to the next level. After the house was purchased we still keep in contact with Tom and he even pops in at the house he sold us from time to time. Love the website, Tom was the greatest to deal with! I was looking for a home and I had a deadline in which to purchase. I had already dealt with three other agents prior to meeting Tom. I looked at over 100 homes, no joke. Not because I was being picking but because the agent was not listening to me. I was specifically looking for a 3/2/2 fenced a minimum of 1400 sq feet that would pass a VA inspection and was not a short sale listing. Repeatedly I was drug to home after home that was either in disrepair or had no garage etc. I spent 3 hours with Tom he showed me five homes which met my criteria and I made an offer and went to close on house number 5. He listens!!!!

Seriously...you were wonderful during my house shopping and throughout the entire process. I will always remember you and believe me...if I'm shopping again or know of anyone shopping...I will refer them to you. You found me the perfect house for me.
